Returns & Exchanges

At STUDIO TIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion pieces; therefore, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original eco-friendly packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
